Really good staff, really good service, and the amenities, including a good breakfast and convenient luggage storage, ensured we had a wonderful experience , just a 5-minute walk from MacEwan.

Honestly no complains at all. Impeccably clean and modern place with superfriendly and thoughtful staff with champagne and passes to executive lounge. Located in 10 minutes' drive to the airport. Early check-in, parking nearby. Everything great.

Location: the hotel was just next door to rogers place, Edmonton for many years and a fantastic restaurant. The staff members were knowledgeable and excellent.

My two-night stay left me frustrated. I struggled to find the parking entrance, and once parked, my car was trapped behind a locked fence. The staff's unhelpful attitude and lack of empathy made the situation worse.
